We can tell it was put together with love! Outstanding care was put
into building it.
We cannot say thank you enough, especially when it comes to the
craftsmanship into the home. The detail that has been put into this
home is priceless!
Oh, stonework that I have never seen in the archway of a front
entrance! That is just the start, the stonework throughout the
entire home including the entire wall surrounding the fireplace and
the arch above the built in cabinet. Oh, the stonework in the
kitchen, the archway over the serving bar, to view the fireplace. The
matching stone cooking island, it’s just gorgeous.
Twelve foot ceilings that have the coffered touch everywhere, meaning
the living room is different than the formal dining room that is
different than the office that is different than the bedrooms. We
also love having the 8 foot doors throughout this home, including the
French doors making it easier to move furniture.
What about the Hickory hardwood flooring? Having the random lengths
and widths running in a diagonal pattern, that makes the room feel so
rich. Oh, I almost forgot the columns that are everywhere, inside the
home and outside the home. Again, I have no words they are out of
this world.
Guys, I am in awe to how you have installed so much detail and
character in this home. I love how quite it is inside, because you
took the time to construct the walls with 2 x 6’s and not 2 x 4’s.
Which also makes installing the blinds a snap to do.
Oh, then there is the back deck that is made out of composite
decking. Making it so easy to take care of, compared to the regular
decking.
We would recommend to anyone that is looking for quality and warmth
in a custom home, to definitely choose Lawrence Homes!

Hi Jeanette/Larry,
Today, we had an inspection done on our new home.
The inspector was sincerely impressed with the overall quality of the home.
He made special remarks on how nice the attic was, with the raised ducts, and he was also impressed with the crawlspace. He said it was exceptional to find a house like this. He couldn't get over the fact that you used R19 insulation everywhere. Amazing, he said. It is rare to find builders that really care about what they do.
We already felt the same way, and his reaction confirms our impression.
We can't wait to move in :-)

Dear Larry, Jeanette and Crew of Lawrence Homes Inc.
What can I say! My Dream has come to life. The pleasant surprise is that the live version is so much more then I ever imagined. My Husband and I are thrilled with what will soon be our new home. We expect to fill this home with memoirs of comfort and love in a short time. We owe this new stage of our lives to Lawrence Homes Inc. I cannot even imagine how we would have ever accomplished this dream this without you & your crew by our side.
The service & support I have received has been an incredible experience. Customer service does not exist like that anymore. You & your crew have made this mystifying part of our lives a wonderful experience. I remember our first meeting clearly; we meet with several other builders that same day. Each meeting was the typical hour of sales talk. Then the three of you came in Larry, Jeannette, & Chris, each of you very well prepared. You discussed your areas of expertise, your goals to achieve our dream, you listened to our needs then responded to all our concerns, and furthermore you were ready to show us your work!
We visited several of your homes in progress that same afternoon. We were especially impressed with the details & quality put in each home, Your service continued to impress me as days the days passed. Especially since, I was not officially, a signed client of yours. Nevertheless for weeks to come you never missed a phone call. In addition, you continued to work with us on a DAILY BASIS.
Do you remember designing our home? Wow what a stressful time that was for me, yet exciting!
I had imagined our home in my mind for a long time I wanted it perfect. Yet I had no idea on how to plan it out on paper. Jeanette was fantastic! She listened to ever word that I said ever day she even worked with me including weekends. She reviewed, redesigned, tweaking ever room to my idea of perfection. After many weeks, days, & hours on my plans, the day arrived when it was done! On 8x10 sheets of paper in black & white, the vision of our perfect home was drawn. We were ready to have a Home Designer review it. I expected he would have to make adjustments the funny thing is Jeanette did such a wonderful job our plans were ready for the engineer. My Husband was relieved to see when the building began Larry & Chris organized every step & watched every detail of activity. Before long, LOT #25 was no longer bare. Today my home stands beautifully constructed & ready for our family. Larry should know about the many complements I receive from the neighbors & all that have walked through this home, I hear the same words over & over again “Wow this is a well built home” & what a great layout who designed it? I answer proudly Lawrence Homes.
I can never say it enough Thank you all so much, Lawrence Homes Inc. has made our dream home come alive.

We have had our plans for our Victorian farmhouse for 3 years. This is our dream house and we wanted a builder to build it exactly as we had drawn up. Our home would be a challenge for any builder. Wrap-around porches on 3 sides and part of the home set at a 45 degree angle from the rest with multiple roof lines and seven gables. After interviewing five builders we decided to have Lawrence Homes build our home. Larry and Jeanette seemed to be the only builders that understood what we were looking for and gave us the most confidence in getting what we wanted. In actuality – we got more than we wanted and have never regretted our decision in choosing them.
This is our fifth and last custom house that we will ever build. We have had many prior experiences with builders that would call to explain why we had to pay more for something that was unexpected. This did not happen with Lawrence Homes - the only up-charges we incurred were due do our own decision to upgrade more than our budget. We have never met a more sincere and honest builder – one who really cares about your satisfaction and the quality of work performed. I don’t think another builder could have created our dream as well as Lawrence homes has.

We also wanted to take this opportunity to thank Lawrence Homes, Inc. for what appears to be one of the best built new homes we’ve ever purchased. To date, we’ve had no failures of any major systems or structural components. And, we really have a very small number of minor items in need of correction after one year of living in the home. That certainly has not been the case in our previous new home purchases.
So again, thank you. We are absolutely enjoying and loving, living in our beautiful and well-constructed new home. Further, it would be our pleasure to provide a reference for Lawrence Homes for any prospective purchaser in regard to the quality of your homes and post-sales service.

For a long time we had a dream of turning some attic space into a room and bathroom. When we decided it was finally time to make our dream a reality we didn’t know who to turn to. We watched Lawrence Homes from a distance as they remodeled a neighbor’s house and then came back several years later in an emergency situation and helped our neighbor repair damage caused by a bad water leak. After seeing the care Lawrence Homes gave our neighbor and knowing how happy our neighbor had been with the quality and service
Lawrence Homes had given them, we knew they were the contractor for us.
We began the building process with great hopes for a wonderful space and that is exactly the result we achieved. The building experience could not have been better. Since our project was an addition Lawrence Homes had to coordinate subcontractors around our family schedule which was no small feat during some weeks. The communication with them was excellent. The work was accomplished at an amazingly fast rate, but it was done very well. Lawrence Homes definitely demands the best from its subcontractors.
It was hard to believe when the project was over. We had a beautiful new room, bathroom, and lots of closet space. The new addition has given our family a wonderful, functional space and we love it. We would recommend Lawrence Homes to anyone who is interested in remodeling or adding space to a home. They did a fantastic job for us!

Dear Larry and Jeanette,
I am writing to let you know how much Thomas and I appreciate Lawrence Homes Inc. All your attention to detail, you gave to us, from your expertise along with needed suggestions in building our dream/retirement home. We had a special need from the extra footage in the doorways to needing to have limited steps and hand railing; my entire medical needs were cared for. We also would like to thank all of your vendors and staff of their professional and friendly attention to meet every need as well. I would like to give a special thanks to Ms. Valerie for my lighting and Mr. Thomas for flooring, and to Mr. Steve and staff, please pass along our sincere gratitude for their help, we received the royal treatment which I have no doubt all you clients receive. Thomas and I pray for your blessings always, because you know how to treat people. We’re extremely proud and happy with our new home. I will always know in my heart from our first phone call that God put us together, Thanks to you and your great staff again.
